In your opinion, who has the best autosample that has minimum carrover?

As long as you use the right needle wash phase most autosamplers should show low enough carryover.
Which means: Even the best autosampler gives too high carryover when using the wrong wash phase.
From my point of view it is more important to know how to use an autosampler than to discuss if A is (in theory or on the manual) better than B.

Please consider the CTC PAL autosampler from CHROMSYS (www.chromsys.com). You can rinse the syringe from the inside and outside. An additional diluter can pump mL of solvent through the syringe in a very short time.
