Is there any reported method for analysis of Fexofenadine & pseudoephegrine in combination in a pharmaceutical dosge form

We don't have this particular method, but problem here is that your two compounds have very different hydrophobicity and basicity. We developed similar application for other cough mixtures (Nyquil, Advil, and Tylenol). All this mixtures have ephedrines and some more hydrophobic components (Dextromethorphan, Chrlorpheniramine, etc.). On a regular column it is a challenging task to have all components eluted in the reasonable time. With mixed mode columns you can retain these compounds by two mechanisms and achieve very good separation:

YOU can develope seperate method for both as both have quite different polarities
