Separation in 2,3,4-fluorophenyle acetic acid

is there any possibility of o,m,p-fluorophenyle acetic acid on GC .
we tried on column DB-17 , DB-5,DB WAX and CPSIL 5CB also.

I would suspect a cyclodextrin GC column is a solution.

And of course, HPLC.

i also think About HPLC but my analysis is on GC and i surely work on cyclodextrin GC column .
