Please Help me,
My column was left without solvent for more than one month. It is dry. It there a solution to restore the column package?
Thanks very much.

All you can do is try to pump some mobile phase into it and hope for the best. Try to use a MP that is at least close to whatever was last used.

It may not be as bad as you think - it takes quite a while for an uncapped column to dry out.
Thanks,
DR

Plus, don't give up to easily.
Follow DR's suggestion and start with the solvent that has been used last. There are some circumstances, where this may not yet recover retention. If this is the case, flush the column with 5 column volumes of water followed by 5 column volumes of acetonitrile. Then go back to the intended mobile phase.
