Dear all,

I'm looking for a free viewer for chromatograms. We use Agilent, Thermo, PE and Micromass MS. I would like to be able to open the chromatograms and make overlays and assign names to peaks...

And everything for free... Do you have a solution ?

Thanks a lot

Dear shooghe

Try to search web for AIA FileViewer. It should open chromatograms in cdf format and it should be free. Most of chromatographic software are capable to export data to this format.

There are some comercial soft that have some demo downloads (like Chrom Merge)
