I have a fairly new 6850. Agilent just came in and did a PM on it and now I get no inlet pressure. I get and inlet flow though. Does anyone know the problem?

Tony

If you have flow to the inlet and no pressure, then you have an inlet leak.

Indyaj,

Are you getting an EPP shutdown on the 6850?

Best regards.

Try to replace the o-ring seal (the plastic one between liner and septum). I had a similar problem and caused automatic shutdown. Solved by replacing the seal.
