What do you think, people? I'm searching for a method, but nothing on the literature/papers. Somebody could give me some direction?

Looking at the structure, I would try a methyl silicone capillary with the chemical dissolved in a suitable solvent. Other low polarity phases could be tried. Inj 250°C Oven 60°C to 300°C

I would also try to see if it can be derivitized as a trimethyl silyl ether using BSA or some other reagent.

See what happens. It may be that the impurities do not elute so it may not be a good test for impurities, but only for relative quantitation.

Be the first on your block to publish a paper about it.

best wishes,

Rod
