while during the method development for LC MS MS, which is correct the process
1. chossing column first
2. chossing mobile first
please explain me simply sir

How ru? while devloping the lcms method
chosing the mobile phase is first then you can go to the column.

Cause normally all the compounds will elute in C 18 Column especially pharmaceutical products.

Depending on the hydrophobicity, ionizability (basic, acidic...) etc of your compound(s) you first choose the column that will tentatively retain/separate your compound(s) and then a MS compatible mobile phase (volatile additives, if salts are added (always volatile) it would be better to use them at less than 20 mM) that will provide the retention/separation you desire.
