I have had almost only bad experience with TFA, that´s why I didn´t mention it, but what happened? What compositions did you use?

Does the tailing occur at all loadings or only under your prep conditions?
Going only by what has been written in this thread, I am not sure you have investigated the loading issue? If the application was already tailing at the analytical level and you performed a standard scale-up (i.e. multiply by the ratio of column volumes) then surely we would expect the prep application to exhibit tailing.the tailing happens even at analytical level.
Can you clarify for us whether you investigated loading on the analytical column before scale-up?
You have stated the application is normal phase, but what is the column?
