Hi!

I would like to analyse the Metformin.HCl and Metformin Lipoate.
We have a method of analysis on a Cation exchange column. But my aim is to develop a simple method on a reverse phase either by using buffered mobile phase or by ion pair reagents only.

Thanks in advance

A quick search of the freely-available Pubmed database using " Metformin HPLC " had 65 hits, of which about 10-15 would give you relevant information. I'm sure a Google search would find additional information.
