Ok peoples! Heres another query I hope someone can help us with.

We are currently developing LC methods that require a 2 point calibration curve to calculate results.

This is easy enough (and can even do imps, thanks to the help on my previous post!). We can also get the calibration plot into a custom report. However, what we can't seem to do is add in the curve statistics.

What we are looking for are just the basics:
Slope
Intercept
Corelation coffecient.

We can see these in ChemStore but can not seem to get these figures into a custom report to accompany the calibration plot.

Sounds simple....but we're stumped!
Yeah , we seem to be having the same problem . I have been in touch with Agilent and they will 'get back to me with this problem' ,along with explanations and 'fixes' for errors messages we seem to be getting on Chemstation/chemstore every other day
I'll pass on any info I receive.
Get a decent CDS like Chromeleon I say !!

What are you using to create your custom report, Excel or Chemstation macros.

We are trying to stear clear of excel, thats the whole point. We are therefore using the custom report functionality within ChemStore.

So as I said. We can show the actual calibration plot, but not the associated line data in the report. Just to clarify however, we can see this data in the ChemStore Interface.

All though I use the GC Chemstation, I am not familiar with Chemstore. If the report setup is the same as the GC Chemstation, then you can add a user macro to retrieve the information that you need and then place it into your custom report. Are you using the 'Report Layout' function of the Chemstation.
