I ma looking for somebody who has experience in separation of fatty acid methyl esters using HPLC. From several months I try to set up the method for determination of phospholipid fatty acid methyl esters in biological samples, but unfortunately it isn't work. I would be very thankful for each, even small advice.

I have a reference to a very comprehensive review, if you are interested I can send it to you on Sunday.

Thank you very much, I will be waiting for it on Sunday. Best regards
