Problem with my autosampler, Please Help me

Please Help
I have a problem with my autosampler finnigan Spectra AS 3000, from Thermo. The injection is stopped, and the error message is: Flush valve misaligned, or the injection is started and suddenly aborted at the end.
What could be the problem and how could I resolve it.

This seems to be a hardware problem, you need to call service engineer or online technical assistant for help.
