The molecule that I am trying to purify/isolate has a molecular weight of 450.
I would like to know what type of desalting column is recomended to use.

You could do this with a column packed with Oasis HLB, if your analyte is hydrophobic. Is it retained on a reversed-phase column? How much do you need to desalt?
