Hi,

Does anyone have any experience with this analysis? I have been running the USP monograph, Bethanechol Chloride related compounds, and am experiencing real difficulties in achieving the required sensitivity.
I have tested the anaysis on several detectors (Shimadzu CDD-10A, CDD-6A, Waters 430 and 431) and in all cases I fail to detect the required 0.1ug/mL level.

All conditions are run as per the monograph and it is in unsuppressed mode.

Thanks

Are the retention times and the column volume in agreement with the USP criteria?
The retention times and column volume are consistent with the USP criteria. (RRT 2-HPTA 0.93, Column Vol ~1.2mL)
