Hello all,

I try to separate some compounds on a X-Bridge.
With a proportion 90/10 Water/Acetonitrile, i have some resolution but not enough.
Someone know if this column can tolerate a proportion of 95% water ?

Thanks for your help

Some time resolution is depend on column temperature, pH of buffer
you can try

You definitely can go to a higher water content. 95% is not a problem.
