Hello,

I would like determine releted substances of arginine by HPLC.

Can anybody tell me, the degradation products of arginine and the HPLC method for determine of them.

Since arginine and its degraded products mostly are polar and hydrophilic compounds, I suggest you try HILIC first. The combination of HILIC and MS will be very unique for your project.
