When our old Agilent-1100 chemstation harddisk crashed and we replaced it with a

new one. From the orinal disks loaded Windows-NT(sp4); 82350A GPIB card, I/O

libraries and Chemstation all from original disks. Every thing is set as per the

manual. But, the chemstation system is not recognising any of the HPLC modules.
On the HPLC stack, DAD is connected with GPIB card and other modules using CAN.

PC- HP vectra; Chemstation-version A09; SICL = hp82341
VISA = GPIBO; Logical Unit = 7
Bus Address= 30; System Controller = Checked.

Am I missing anything more to add? Is there a sequence/order of loading Software?

I did in this order: Win-NT-sp4; GPIB card installation; Agilent libraries and Chemstation.
Waiting for your valuable advice.
Set the address of your pc for 192.168.254.10
Set the address of your card in detector for 192.168.254.11 for HPLC
then it will work as long as you have a cross over cable (green/white) from PC to detector

Have you checked Chemstation configuration editor? You need to set up config parameters for your LC module (DAD in your case)
Also check firmware compatibility with your Chemstation version.
