Reverse Phase HPLC method for DPPE?

Discussions about HPLC, CE, TLC, SFC, and other "liquid phase" separation techniques.

Dear all,
Does anybody know any Reverse phase LC method for DPPE?
DPPE is not soluble in water, acetone, MeOH, EtOH.
I find it has certain solubility in Propylene Glycol and IPA.
I am trying to avoid normal phase LC method at current stage.
Thanks to all.

Assuming DPPE is 1,2-dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine,
then the following paper is freely available on the WWW.

They used a C8 column with a ternary solvent system, dichloromethane (phase A), methanol (phase B), and a 30 mM TBABr aqueous solution (phase C). The proportion of phase C was maintained at 15% during all experiments, resulting in a constant concentration of 4.5 mM TBABr.
