can i use ammonium carbamate for hplc separations

just want to see the selectivity difference, the carbamate ion will it have any functional difference in the separation, will it be compatible with MS
Do you mean ammonium bicarbonate? It's volatile and has been used for some separations at pH of 8 or above.
