dear friends,
i am told to develop bioanalytical method for RISEDRONATE for BE study purpose. i have gone through some articles and got some information . all estimation was done from either urine or serum. this drug is not plasma bound , so i was thinking to go for plasma crash to extract. the serum used is mosly from animal not human serum. so is it the right approach to go for plasma crash first. i would like to know if the drug is not plasma bound why most of the study was done from serum.
