Blank correction in EMPOWER-3

I am trying to subtract area of blank from standard and sample for a particular peak present in blank, standard and sample.
The Syntex of CF I am using is: Area-(Label ..(Area))
When result search criteria is "result set only" it's not working. But when result search criteria is "result set first" it's working, when the sample set is processed for 1st time.
When processing second time by changing the processing parameter, software is subtracting area from 1st result.

Please help to solve... Any possible way for execution of blank correction (using label and custom field) is welcome but not through method set.

What CF type are you using?
Do you label one blank? Is it one injection or multiple?

Label your blank sample as something like B or BL then add a derived channel in the method set to subtract your blank. Then when reviewing all injections you get to see what they look like minus everything in the blank. Just be aware this will subtract ALL areas in your blank from every subsequent sample and standard.
