is there any method to predict the pka of drug or is there any source for this. please if anybody knows let me know.

Some times I use google to find (www.google.com).
I put the following phrase: atenolol pKa.

There are methods around. ADC sells software to do this, but there are also shareware programs around.

I would also be interested in software for predicting pka and other chemistries, especially shareware software.
