Usually it is possible.hi

Hello,Hello
Of course it is. If you're running sequence just set up blank injection as last run with "standby method" I recommended in previous post.

For anyone using MSDChemstation, the program will default to the last loaded method before the sequence began. If you are using that program then you load the standby method before starting the sequence, once last sample is acquired it will default back to that. I don't know if the CDS version will do that or not.Hello
Just create Standby method that is 1 min long, no Air, no Hydrogen, makeup 5 ml/min and it is done.
When standby method is completed (sequence completed) instrument will stay with those parameters
