I was thinking of buying a refurbished lc ms from gentech. I don't know if it's a good idea. Anyone else used this company or have an opinion?

I bought a 6890N-5973N for my company's production facility a few years back from them and it was a very good experience. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
We've ordered a couple of HPLC components from Gentech, I found them helpful and tech support was great. Also bought a couple of things from ALT (usedlabequipment.com, they were good too, didn't have to use ALT's tech support.
I haven't bought a big ticket item like a MS from either of them.

I would suggest checking out McKinley Scientific
