Hi people,
I'm in the lab on a Sunday and the GCMS started showing the following error: (Fatal sequence error detected. MS is in fault state: MS fault detected: 1.17 MS1 RF driver cannot maintain the requested mass setting).
The gc is 7890b and the ms is 7010a - it appears that there is no acquisition going on.
Any ideas what is happening and what I can do to remedy this?
Or just wait for the service people?
