Hi,
I have some questions about AGP-chiral column. I have use it for 3 years. It's quite good until the last year. Although I washed it many many times with water, it's no use. But after i left it for 3 months, it can recover. Is it because of I wash it in short time (not enough) at the last use? and Is it possible that protein (AGP) in the column can recover by itself after i left it?
