My name is Guilherme. I'm trying to develop a
n-butyl-scopolamine bromide + dipyrone method for hplc since some months ago without any progress. Could anyone help me on this? Maybe could you give me some directions like:

- Is it possible obtain n-butyl and dipyrone peaks on the same chromatogram or it's better try different ones?
- What is the better column for this components? I already try C8 and C18, but now I'm using a CN.

I'll be very thankful with any help.
