Hello,

I have a question regarding the program ChemStation (aglient).
Is there a possibility to process the chromatograms so that e.g. the first 10 min or the last 10 min can be cut ?
So that in the final PDF-file only the shortened chromatogram is visible ?

Thanks a lot for any kind of help,
Mike
Hello

I assume you mean how to print only part of chromatogram (or specify time range).
Do as below (Data analysis mode):

1.Procces your chromatogram (integration)
2.Go to "Graphics" - "Signal options" You will see "Range" option. Select "user range" and specify time and response values

If you then save method you used for processing, range for time and response will be saved so whatever you load will be scaled to your range.

Good luck

Found it. Thanks for the fast reply!!!

May you could help me in another problem regarding the aglient 1100 HPLC, since you may have some experience with it.

Where can I adjust that the pump automatically turns off, after all my samples are run?

Best,
Mike
