Hallo

Does anyone have any experience with the assay method described in the USP monograph for MUPIROCIN? Since I will be experimenting with it in a little while, I am wondering if I should expect any surprises. What RT should I expect? Problems with particular brands of columns?

Any comments appreciated

The USP has the information which columns have been qualified for every assay. You can contact them, and see how they provide you with the relevant information. There used to be a reagent booklet. You can subscribe to their website. Maybe they give you the information for free as well.
