Who Knows What Is Discrimination factor between the peaks ?

To find out, use the Search function here on the Forum. Enter "discrimination factor" as the search term, and make sure you have "search for all terms" selected.

Thanks, Tom,
I did it yesterday before posting my question on this site, but search result was: "No topics or posts met your search criteria".

I can confer with Tom that there is a "thread" related to this question if you search all terms...

OK, you are right, thanks.
“… discrimination factor where you divide the peak height - the height of the valley by the total peak height..
So, according to this explanation, Discrimination factor = Peak-to-valley ratio?

The specific definition of the discrimination factor (from my book) is the ratio of the distance between the apex of the smaller peak and the valley to the height of the smaller peak.

Further discussion in Uwe Neue, HPLC Columns, pages 303 to 308, or Fallah and Martin, Chromatographia 24 (1987), 115.

LY, I apologize for my tone. I had just come across several other posts which had already been discussed, and it had been a long day (at least, that's my excuse!).

That’s absolutely fine, Tom, and thanks again for you consideration.
