First of all I'm new in the forum
I 'm working with an a1 AGP column for the last month in my HPLC system and I have noticed that the peaks are not as narrow as earlier...Especially after an extraction from human plasma
Does anyone know why?? I wonder if that is due to the column, but I can't find much information about the a1 AGP column life and maintenance....
I'm using 2propanol in phosphate buffer adjusted in pH=7
Any help will be considerable....
