Dear all,
I've a problem with the deviation of 5 injections (more than 4,8%). See below the parameter:
Agilent CN 12361111
column: Optima 5 MS Accent, 1,00µmx25mx0,32 mm
oven: 300°C,53 min. 30°C/min, 335°C hold 20 min.
Injector: 320°C , DwellTime: pre 3s and post 1s; Inj speed: 3000µl/min
Detector: 320°C
carrier gas: He
split: 1/48
solvent : THF
Area IS: Area Phytosterole
226955739 342827578
225795997 330815765
223274020 314750280
225632863 310132907
227268407 304503739
Now you see that the area of phytosterole decreased, but the area of IS steady. Somebody can help me?
Thanks.
Is the analyte derivatized in any way? How is the sample prepared?
