Does Dionex have an IC(LC) system with both suppressed conductivity and post-column deri. Uv/vis detectors?

Anyone has another suggestion for different manufactures? Thanks in advance.

Yes. The top-of-the-line ICS3000 system has all those features as available options. (Only one channel of post-column reaction in the ICS3000, but you can also add external modules if you need another channel.) Visit the dionex.com website. Your local Dionex sales rep would be happy to tell you everything.

For some reason, some of my colleagues don't feel comfortable dealing with our regional sales, it was also the reason that we bought an IC system from another vendor (a small one, no on-site service) several years ago (before I came).

In my own opinion the after-sale technical service is the most important consideration of buying a new piece of instrument for routine analysis. That's why we reconsider Dionex (sevice engineer is nearby),but need get some certain information before we talk with the sales.

I'll get in trouble if I give you the answer you were hoping for. The chromatography module has plug-ins to support your requirements. The "automation manager" will control the reactor oven and reagent switching valve. You can use any of our UV/Vis detectors including the PDA-100 diode array, VWD-3000 multi-wavelength.
