Rainin Dynamax Data System

An early 1990's vintage Rainin HPLC System has been donated to our college. While the system is quite complete on the hardware side, we lack the original documentation or software to make the system fully functional. It is a binary system that was set up to work on a Mac-based software system called "Dynamax".

I understand that Varian has taken over some parts of the old Rainin HPLC product line, but this software product doesn't appear to be available. Can anyone help me locate it, a copy, or suitable replacement?

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Thats right, Varian supplies now the former Rainin systems.

Depending on the age of the system, in case of SD-200/SD300/SD-1 Pumps and the UV-1 detector you should be able to run it with the Varian "Star" or "Galaxie" software.

I would ask Varian for that
