Does anyone have any HPLC methods for the pseudocyanocobalamins (hydroxycyanocobalamin, etc), especially in the presence of cyanocobalamin? Also, any information about any stability methods for cyanocobalamin?

Thanks for your help in advance.
Check out Grace/Alltech for a B12 immuno-affinity column that can be run in conjunction with a switching valve. I got a broshure on it called #522. Perhaps you can use it to selectively remove cyanocobalamine interferences from the hydroxy product.

ask or look for broshure#522
