Advantages and disadvantages of LC-MS/MS

Hi, can someone tell me the advantages and disadvantages of using LC-MS/MS in the characterisation of protein compared to using MALDI-TOF-MS? Thanks

Do you assume an LC prefractionation and plate deposition before MALDI-TOF-MS?
