How long is your column?
Is your sample in 85% MeOH as well?
Do you have any other chiral centers in you molecule beside one that shown?

What is your dead time?

Also, unless you have some diastereomeric interactions you would not split enantiomers. For diastereomers the molecule seems a bit small (I don´t discern what it is as yet). Also, I would think that it´s rather unusual to have diastereomers elute together to that conditional extend.

How you prepare your sample solution ?. What pH ?
Do you use the mobil phase to solve your compound ??..

Try to use a solvent weakness than your initial conditions in your mobil phase
