Dear all,
I wanna try if my instrument (Waters ACQUITY UPLC - TQD) is useful by survey scan.
I did several trials on reserpine and found out that the result of MS2 scan is not good (very low intensity peak only).
The tune page settings are:
Capillary -4kV
Cone - 25V
CE gas - 0.20 mL/min
CE voltage - 0V
The concentration of reserpine is about 1 to 5 ppm.
Scan range for MS2 is narrow to 600 to 630 but still not improved.
Sometime, there is even no signal in spectrum. (I then run other scanning, e.g. daughter ion scan with same solution and MS is operate well)
The software I used is MassLynx.
Would you provide some advice?
