Hello all. I've got a Clarus 500 with on-column injection using TotalChrom 6.3.1. I've recently doubled the injection volume for a method I'm running. However, an internal standard peak is getting clipped. I've tried changing the Full Scale value under Scaling Parameters to 2000, but this made no difference. The topscale for the analysis is set at 1000. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated!
