Hello,

I have a 6850 that after coming back from break is giving a fault error "Fault Inlet Fan". It is connected to a computer and we us EZchrom on it. We have another 6850 that is just run with the external controller. We plugged it in and it said Fault #292. It says this is due to the following.
1. Fan not connected
2. Fan defective
3. Defective main board.

We have had the inlet fan go out and ran it without it for a short while before we purchased the replacement. If it is the main board does anyone no of any companies that work on them or sell refurbished boards? Or am I stuck with buying a new board.

Thanks,

Brad
We ended up buying a new board from Agilent. Does anyone know a company that works on these boards it would be nice to get it fixed as a backup?
