Hi every one, I have problem with the LC (Surveyor MS pump) connected to a TSQ quantum MS, the software is Xcalibur 2.0.7, and LCquan 2.5.6, the instrument configuration is:
TSQ Quantum 1.2 SP1, the auto-sampler is Surveyor AS 1.4, and the pump is Surveyor MS pump 2.3, I am running the Xcalibur on windows XP Sp3. The problem I have is that: the pump is not communicating correctly with the Xcalibur, when I open the Xcalibur at the beginning I can control the pump from direct control window but after a 2 min I am no longer controlling it and if the pump is working it will keep working on and on. to shutdown the pump I have to turn off the pump totally, If any one experience any problem like that, and help will be appreciated
