Can't obtain performance check for GC-MS?

Greetings,
For my GC/MS (7890A/5975A), I've got an ideal PCI autotune report for my instrument. Even-though I can't fulfill the performance check using the Benzophenone standard. i.e. when injecting 1ML of the standard the chromatogram shows noise and more than one peak & the ms spectrum doesn't recognize the benzophenone?
Any help will be appreciated.

Is 1 milliliter correct or is that supposed to be 1 microliter injection?

The injected volume is 1 Micro-liter
