Perfusion chromatography column suppliers

Discussions about HPLC, CE, TLC, SFC, and other "liquid phase" separation techniques.

Hi,

My group is in the midst of developing and qualifying an HPLC method using the POROS R1/10 perfusion column from Applied Biosystems, and I was wondering if anyone is aware of another supplier of an equivalent perfusion column? For our robustness studies, it would be helpful to show that another perfusion column works just as well.

Thanks,
Dave

You can check with Polymer Laboratories ( I believe that's where the original "perfusion" media came from), to see if they have an equivalent, but it's a long shot.

Thanks Tom. They have something close (different column volume though) but I might be able to adapt something.
