Calculation is straightforward: just multiply air flow 400 mL/min by the time air flows through FID in minutes. You will get air consumption in mL (so called normal mL).Please help how can i measure my daily volume of air consumption by FID detector air flow is 400ml/min and hydrogen 40ml/min,i do use pressurised air cylinders, therefore would like to estimate my daily consumption.

I didn't even think of it.No offense to the location of the original poster was intended.
The most important information was not to empty gas cylinders completely (which was missing). In this case, the pressure units used don't matter at all. Consistency is the key. Your tanks are about double so it took about 2X as long to get to the end of it.
