Chiral separation is tricky, and depends on the structure of your compounds. In genral for normal phase Cellulosic columns works pretty good, If your sample has Amino/hydroxy and acid group you may want to use ligand exchange chromatography (Invented by Davenkov et al) using copper sulfate in the mobile phase or if your sample has basic amino group in it you may want to use chirobiotic columns. Once again its very tricky and depends on the structure of interest.
Thanks.
Thanks.
