P/ACE MDQ CE Sytem. 32 Karat Software

Hi all,

i have this problem with my P/Ace MDQ CE System. From time to time, the run freeze in the seperation step and i get this message "An error occured while reading from device (15). Aborting run" and then i must restart the Mdq system and the software to work again.
Somebody have an idea about this issue??

Problem solved;

The error was caused by a corrupted method file. I Wrote from scratch (don’t just save the existing method with a different name), and re-runned and it was OK.
