We are looking for a decent single SPE hardware set up as opposed to the multiple manifolds. Does anyone know a source or use one that they really like, to use for development investigations in the laboratory? Thanks.

In the old days of SPE we had something from JT Baker called a Solvent Miser or something similar.
Are you looking for something like a glass female luer on an erlenmeyer vacuum flask?

I looked those up. I'm interested right now to save all the liquid portion that goes through the SPE cartridge, that looks like one could lose liquid through the vacuum port. I may need to rig up something using a filtering bell, and filter into a volumetric flask.
