Accessing pre-Millennium 2.1x files with Empower 2

Dear colleagues,

Would any of you know where I may be able to obtain a licensed copy of the Waters Millenium 2.1x upgrade? I currently use Waters Empower 2 and am trying to restore some old HPLC projects generated in Waters Millennium 2.00 of some chromatograms originally obtained with Waters Maxima 3.3. Unfortunately Empower 2 requires Millennium 2.1x (or later versions of this software) for this to be possible, and Waters are unable to supply the upgrade. On a different tack, Empower 2 apparently can read *.cdf files - has anyone successfully converted Maxima *.dat files to this format?
