Hi,

Please any one kindly suggest me that to perform "precision at LOQ level parameter" one preparation six injections is current (or) six different preparations is current.

Do you want to determine the method precision or system precision?
For method precision, it would be six different preparations. "Method" includes sample preparation, so you'd have to make six diffrent preparations.
One preparation, six injections would be a determination of the system's precision.
